Confidentiality Agreement
A concise working template for situations where a confidentiality regime should be fixed before sharing access credentials, infrastructure schemes, backups, correspondence or other sensitive materials.
Important: this is a baseline template for standard B2B work. If the project involves elevated legal, financial or industry-specific risks, the document should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in Kazakhstan.
